A new version of forumify/forumify-platform is available.

• fix forum deletion being totally whack
• fix setting forms not being able to "unset" a setting
• fix permission "forums.manage" not showing the forums in the admin menu
• set twig timezone globally, allowing users and plugins to use the native twig date functions
