MILHQ is a fork of our original PERSCOM.io Integration plugin. Over the years, that plugin evolved far beyond a simple sync layer, and we built a full personnel and unit management system directly inside forumify. MILHQ takes everything we learned and turns it into a fully standalone solution.
MILHQ is the natural evolution of our previous system. It delivers a centralized headquarters for your unit without relying on any external systems.

Immediately delivering on our promises, here are several new features we've already added to MILHQ.
Supervisors
Units can now designate one or more positions as supervisors.
Each member’s personnel file automatically displays their assigned supervisors based on your structure. Your chain of command is now visible, enforced, and consistent across the platform.
Clear leadership. No guesswork.
Automatic Role Sync
Positions, specialties, units, and statuses can now be linked directly to forum roles.
When a member’s assignment changes, their forum roles update automatically. Promotions, transfers, and status changes are reflected instantly.
No manual role edits.
No permission drift.
Operational consistency at scale.
Works perfectly in tandem with our Discord plugin as well!
Advanced Attendance Filtering
Attendance sheets can now be filtered by:

Specialty
Perfect for large units, specialized detachments, and structured training pipelines.
MilsimUnits Integration
If your unit is listed on MilsimUnits, you can embed your unit’s vote button directly inside the MILHQ operations center.

A Note For PERSCOM.io Users
The PERSCOM.io integration plugin will remain available and supported. It will continue receiving bug fixes, security updates, and forumify compatibility updates. However, all new development will take place in MILHQ.
For those who wish to migrate to MILHQ, you can install both plugins simultaneously, navigate to your Admin Panel, -> MILHQ -> Configuration, and at the top of the page you will find further instructions on how to transfer your data and structure seamlessly.
We will continue to support this plugin until we provide a stable alternative to sync data between MILHQ and PERSCOM.io.
The Mission Ahead
MILHQ is now our primary focus for personnel & unit management within forumify.
Our objective remains simple: give MilSim communities a powerful, structured, and good looking headquarters inside forumify's ecosystem.
Any community can use MILHQ for free up to 5 soldier profiles, if you just want to explore the plugin or see what has changed, you can do so at no additional charge.
