So probably gonna get better help since can't get any with perscom but as far as user integration from signing up on the forumify website to go to perscom how is that done looking through there documentation there is zero reference material well actually no is no guide on how to even use the system so just looking for any help with our perscom

The documentation for our PERSCOM plugin can be found here. Specifically, how forum users are linked to PERSCOM users is explained here.

The forumify plugin will attempt to link existing users on PERSCOM.io to your forumify users by matching their email addresses.

If you want to also have your PERSCOM users created by the forumify plugin, you must set the enlistment settings in the plugin's configuration.

From your user's perspective:

1. Create a forumify account
2. From the PERSCOM menu, select "enlist"
3. Fill in the enlistment form
4. Wait for someone from your staff to approve the enlistment, do their assignment, etc.
5. Done, the "enlist" option in the menu changes to "operation center"

From your staff's perspective:

1. Check the forumify admin panel (PERSCOM -> Submissions) periodically for new enlistments
2. Approve/Deny enlistment submission
3. (If approved) assign the user a status, primary assignment, ..... (This must be done within forumify's admin panel, not PERSCOM.io's!)
